3 average tomatoes (peeled and mashed with a fork)
1 pt. mayonnaise
Grated onion to taste
Salt to taste
3 pkgs. unflavored gelatin

Mix and let set overnight. Spread between slices of bread and cut into small shapes (trim bread first). Makes enough for 3-4 large sandwich loaves.

Recipe may be divided by thirds, great for teas, etc.
