WASSAIL OR MULLED CIDER 
1 c. brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves
30 whole cloves
1 gallon cider

I use 22 cup percolator.

Place spices in strainer of percolator. Then pour cider and brown sugar in bottom. Percolate when it stops, it is ready. Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated.

Serves 20. I serve from fall through winter months. Alternate to coffee.
