MOCHA FROSTING 
1/4 c. soft butter
2 tsp. instant coffee
3 c. confectioners' sugar, divided
2 tbsp. cocoa (dry)
Dash salt
3 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream the butter, cocoa, instant coffee, and dash of salt; slowly cream in 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Add 2 cups confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla; beat smooth.
