1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c. poppy seeds

Mix all together. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
