BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 oz. sharp cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Preparation - 25 minutes. Baking - 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Pour into a square well-buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
