BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Dukes)
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. Mix in soup, onion, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour into casserole dish and cover with buttered, crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cover cracker crust with foil if necessary to prevent scorching.
