CHICKEN DELLA ROBBIA 
10 chicken breasts (20 halves)
2 onions
2 cans mushrooms
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. each ground cloves, allspice, ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnut halves
1 c. pineapple juice
6 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
2 c. seedless grapes
2 c. mandarin oranges
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks
12 red cherries

Saute chicken breasts in butter. Add to pan with chicken breasts, the onions, mushrooms, lemon juice, Accent, cloves, allspice, ginger and brown sugar. Simmer on top of stove or cook in oven 40 minutes. Remove chicken breasts and add walnut halves, pineapple juice, salt and cornstarch to make sauce.

Add raisins, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks and cherries to sauce and pour over chicken breasts. Serve over rice. Border with broccoli. Serves 20. Great for Christmas.
