MINT CHIFFON BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. buttermilk dressing
1/8 c. orange juice, concentrate
1/8 c. honey
2 tsp. minced mint leaves (fold into after mixture of above items is ready)

Mix all ingredients at a medium speed (I use a wire whip) until fairly smooth and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Fold the mint leaves into the mixture. Cover; keep refrigerated.

NOTE: If the dressing separates, beat at a low speed (wire whip) for 1 minute.

Excellent for fruit salad, open faced turkey sandwiches, cold pasta salads and lamb dishes.
