LOW-CAL BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 green onions, minced

Whisk all together in small bowl. Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
