Beef, pork, deer or any wild game, cut in sm. pieces Chopped garlic, onions, green peppers Chopped carrots, mushrooms Bean thread noodles (cellophane noodles) Chopped cabbage, etc. Soy sauce Brown small pieces of meat. Add chopped garlic, onions, and green peppers. When cooked, add chopped carrots, mushrooms, and soaked noodles. Add cabbage, etc. Add soy sauce to taste as each ingredient is added. Steam until all items are tender. Follow package directions for noodles. |
