CHICKEN AND SHRIMP STIR FRY 
1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/8" strips
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Deveined raw shrimp
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle Chicken Gravy
1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
Chow mein noodles, warmed

In large skillet or wok, stir fry chicken and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken and shrimp are cooked. Remove, stir fry broccoli, mushrooms and bell pepper in remaining 1 tablespoon oil about 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in gravy and next 2 ingredients. Return chicken and shrimp to skillet; heat. Serve over chow mein noodles. Makes 4 servings, about 4 cups.
