SHRIMP OR CHICKEN STIR FRY 
If using fish use fish sauce, for chicken use teriyaki sauce or chicken stock.

1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 tsp. Hoisin sauce
3 stalks of celery cut bite size pieces
Peapods as many as needed
1 box frozen peas
2 carrots, cut in julienne pieces
1 bunch green onions, cut up
2 red peppers, cut bite size pieces

You can use vegetable oil, hot oil or sesame oil. Heat small amount of oil, stir fry celery and carrots; remove. Stir fry peas and peppers; remove. Stir fry shrimp or chicken, if using fish, add fish sauce to celery and carrots and the sesame oil at this time and for chicken teriyaki. Serve over rice.
