BRIE BREAD 
1 (14 oz.) loaf unsliced French bread
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) round of Brie
1/2 c. diced onion
Paprika

Slice bread into 1/2 inch slices, not quite cutting through bottom crust. Drizzle butter over bread. Remove rind from Brie; combine Brie and onion in microwave. Cook until melted. Remove and stir; spread this mixture on top and between slices. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 6 inches from heat until thoroughly heated. Great at appetizer or with dinner.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
