1 lb. pan sausage (hot)
1 med. onion
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lg. egg
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Pan fry sausage and onion until browned. Mix remaining ingredients together. Add browned sausage and onion to mixture. Pour into 8x11 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Brown under the broiler if needed.
