1 glass roka blue cheese
1 glass old English cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. chopped fine onion
Chopped nuts (walnuts)

Cream together with electric mixer, mound into ball or plate. Add nuts to top. Serve with variety of crackers.
