BEEF BARBEQUE 
4-5 lb. bottom round roast
1/2 c. water
1 sm. diced onion
1 clove garlic
3 lg. onions
3 green peppers
3 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 bottle Kraft BBQ sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar

(For less sauce, add 2 cans tomato soup and 1 can water.)

Cook the beef in crockpot with 1/2 cup water, diced onion and garlic. If meat is frozen, don't add any water. Makes its own juice. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours. Remove and let cool. Slice meat. (Discard remaining juice.)

On stove in saucepan, heat soup, water, Kraft BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Heat to a near boil. Add to crockpot. Add sliced beef.

Slice onions and green peppers. Saute until tender. Add to beef and sauce mixture. Serve on dinner rolls.
