1 box yellow cake mix
butter
Sugar & cinnamon mixed

Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on the package for cupcakes. Don't use cupcake papers when baked, remove from pans and cool on wire racks.

In the meantime, combine sugar and cinnamon using amounts to individual taste. (Begin with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon to 1 cup sugar and change as desired.) Roll cooled cupcakes in melted butter, then roll all sides in sugar - cinnamon mixture. Yields 20-24 muffins.
