CHEESE-BURGER CASSEROLE | |
1 can oven ready biscuits 1 lb. ground beef (lean) 1/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. catsup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 6 slices of cheese Combine beef and onion in skillet, cook until lightly browned. Drain, add salt and pepper. Stir in catsup and tomato soup. Heat thoroughly. Turn into an 8 inch square, or 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cut cheese into thin strips and sprinkle over meat mixture. Top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serves 4. |
