CELERY AND WALNUT SALAD 
2 lg. stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
6 crisp apples, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix celery, walnuts and oranges in large bowl. Add chopped apples, sprinkle immediately with lemon juice to prevent discoloration and stir into the celery and walnut mixture. Stir in yogurt, caraway seeds, salt and pepper to taste, then mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in refrigerator until serving time. Serves 12-15.
