PORK CHOPS CASSEROLE | |
Brown 4 to 6 pork chops. In a greased casserole dish, place 1 cup of 15 minute rice (uncooked). Place browned pork chops on top of rice. On each pork chop place slices of onion, green pepper and tomato. Pour one can of Campbell's consomme over everything, then add 3/4 can of water. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for one hour. (This is good with fresh mushrooms sauteed and place on top of pork chops.) |
