GUACAMOLE 
3 ripe avocados, mashed (leave chunky)
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
2-3 large cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. fresh salsa
pinch salt

Place mashed avocado in a bowl. Chop tomato and onion and add to avocado. Add crushed garlic and salsa. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix well and chill.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
