GUACAMOLE 
2 large avocados, mashed
1 small onion, diced
1 large or 2 small tomatoes, shopped
1 can (7 oz.) diced green chiles
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon lime juice

Mash avocados in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Serve at once.

Makes about 2 cups.
