GUACAMOLE ADULT STYLE | |
3 medium to large Avocados Chopped brown onion about a half cup 4 tablespoons chopped Cilantro 2 finely diced Roma Tomato 1 tablespoon golden Habenaro hot sauce 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 shot Anejo Tequila Cut Avocados in half then mash in bowl, add onion, cilantro, diced tomato, lime juice and hot sauce, stir and add tequila last, mixing well. For next day use, do NOT add the pit or more lime juice! Instead, place plastic wrap on top of Guac, pushing all the air out. Then make sure no air gets in, pour COLD water on top of the plastic wrap and refrigerate. Submitted by: Robert Clark |
