GREEN PEPPER ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2" strips
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 lg. green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. steak sauce
3 c. cooked rice
15 oz. can tomatoes

Season meat with salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat in hot oil. Lightly saute onions, add tomatoes and green pepper. Add to meat. Stir in oregano and steak sauce. Cook slowly on top of range for 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Serve on bed of rice.
