GREEN PEPPER ROUND STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2 x 1 inch strips
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 lg. green peppers, seeded and cut in strips
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. steak sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Season the meat with salt and pepper and brown it in hot oil. Lightly saute the onions and green peppers and add them to the meat. Add stewed tomatoes, oregano, and steak sauce and cook slowly on top of your range for 1/2 to 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Serve on a bed of rice.
