GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 cans chopped green chilies
2 dozen corn tortillas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and onions in skillet and drain. Mix all other ingredients except tortillas and cheese.

Cut up tortillas in medium size pieces. Put scant amount of sauce in bottom of baking dish. Then add tortillas, then meat sauce. Top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
