GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans French style green beans
1/2 pt. cultured sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain beans well. Melt 3 tablespoons butter, add 2 tablespoons flour in a saucepan. Cook until thick, add 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 teaspoon garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste. Put beans in casserole. Cover with cheese sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
