SEED SLICES 
1/2 c. carob chips
1/4 c. honey (or less if desired)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. walnuts
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds or coconut

Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds or coconut. Form mixture into a roll. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour. Slice roll into 1/4 inch thick slices. Press slices into seeds or coconut. Keep refrigerated when not eating.
