ANGEL PUFFS 
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla and sugar gradually. Beat until peaks form. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil. Turn off oven and put in cookies. Leave in oven for 6 hours or overnight.
