3/4 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. cucumber, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until set.
