1 c. chopped cucumbers, peeled & seeded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in
1 c. boiling water (no more)
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and pour into mold or pan and place in the refrigerator until firm.
