1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated cucumber - peel of 1/2 of it
1 tbsp. vinegar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add vinegar when firm, serve on crisp lettuce with mayonnaise and grated cheese.
