1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Crisco oil
10 oz. water instead of 7-Up

Beat all ingredients together. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter

Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Add 1 can of Baker's coconut. Pour over cake while hot.
