NUTTY CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
This is to die for!

1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl, beating at a low speed of an electric mixer. Add the eggs, and beat well. Stir in the flour. Gradually stir in the chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. Pour mixture in the pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
