CHOCOLATE CHIP SUPREME PIE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. baking powder
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Grease and flour a 9 inch pie plate. Combine crumbs, sugar, pecans, chocolate pieces and baking powder. Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold in the crumb mixture. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
