BUTTERMILK COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

TOPPING:

3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine mixes, buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Mix well. Place half of batter in a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle half of topping over batter in pan. Add remaining batter and rest of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
