REUBEN CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. noodles (wide) cooked in unsalted water
1 lg. can (1 #11 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. corned beef (thin sliced - deli style)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian Dressing
Crushed rye crackers

Butter bottom of 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan, lightly. Mix mushroom soup with Surrian dressing. Spread noodles on bottom of pan. Drizzle with small amount of sauce. Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and tomatoes. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and small amount of sauce, Swiss cheese slices and Mozzarella. Cover all with remaining sauce. Top with crushed rye crackers.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
