REUBEN CASSEROLE 
6 oz. seasoned croutons
12 oz. can corned beef
16 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained
8 oz. Swiss cheese, slices
3 eggs
2 c. milk

In oblong baking dish, layer half the croutons. Then add the corned beef, sauerkraut and rest of croutons. Top with Swiss cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
