VINEGAR PIE 
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. cornstarch
Dash nutmeg

Stir ingredients together and cook until clear and thick. Stir 1/2 mixture into 3 beaten egg yolks. Place entire filing on back of the stove for 1 minute, add 1 tbsp. butter and pour into baked shell. If you wish to be fancy, use meringue as a topping.
