HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
6 medium carrots
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. honey
Pineapple, crushed or chunks

Cook carrots in sauce pan, then drain. Add remaining ingredients except pineapple. Heat uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to glaze. Add pineapple. Serves 3 to 4.
