ORANGE HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. baby carrots or sliced carrots, cleaned
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. honey

Cook carrots until crisp tender, drain. Mix remaining ingredients together. Bring to a boil, cook uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes or until sauce is reduced. Stir often. Toss with cooked carrots and sliced oranges.
