SOUR BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1-2 onions
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can sauerkraut, chopped
1 egg
Cornmeal enough to roll balls in

Brown or fry sausage. Drain well. Take cream cheese and mix well with sausage. Mix sauerkraut with this mixture. Chill. Roll into little balls. Beat egg and roll the meat balls in. Then roll balls in cornmeal, then deep fat fry the balls as brown as desired.
