MASHED POTATO DOUGH 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt and shortening. Add eggs and mashed potatoes. Mix with remainder of ingredients. Let dough rise for about 10 minutes. Roll out in rolls or cinnamon buns. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
