PEPPER RELISH 
12 green peppers
12 red peppers
10 med. size onions
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. canning salt
3 tbsp. mustard seeds

Remove seeds from peppers, chop and grind with the onions. Pour boiling water over mixture and let stand 5 minutes. Then drain this and discard. Make a solution of 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water and pour over mixture. Let it come to a boil, remove from the stove and let stand 10 minutes. Then drain and discard. In a large kettle, place vegetable mixture and add 1 pint vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard seed. Stir and let come to a boil. Then boil for 10 minutes. Place in prepared jars and seal.
