AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. Karo light syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can mandarin segments, drained
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat cream cheese, syrup and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in the fruits and add marshmallows and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a mold and freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Unmold and garnish according to taste. Serves 6.
