KENTUCKY PECAN PIE 
1 - 9 inch pie shell
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 heaping c. shelled pecans

Combine syrup, salt, butter, vanilla and mix well. Add slightly beaten eggs. Pour into 9 inch pie shell (unbaked). Sprinkle with pecans over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
