CHERRY POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
6 eggs
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
1/2 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained & chopped

Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 jar cherries, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
