BOILED CUSTARD | |
1 qt. whole milk 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 level tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Scald milk in double boiler. Beat eggs. Mix sugar and flour together. Slowly add dry mixture to beaten eggs. Slowly add milk to mixture. After adding about 1/2 of milk, pour remaining mixture into milk. Cook until it begins to thicken. Add vanilla. Keep in refrigerator. |
