BOILED CUSTARD 
1 qt. sweet milk
1 tbsp. flour
Vanilla to taste
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar

In a mixer beat 2 egg yolks with a small amount of milk. Mix flour, sugar and add to egg yolks. Have milk in double boiler hot when you add the mixed ingredients. Add mixture to milk gradually. When cooked add vanilla. Cook on low heat for 1 hour or longer. After it has cooked, strain and put in refrigerator to cool.
