BOILED CUSTARD | |
6 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/2 gal. milk 2 tbsp. vanilla 1. Beat eggs well making sure well beaten. 2. Add sugar, mix again. 3. Boil milk in double boiler. 4. When milk is good and hot, add egg and sugar mixture. Add vanilla, stir constantly with wooden spoon. Cook 15 minutes or until kind of thick. |
